Since 1990 active sponsorship of study groups in the line of furniture business

The Josef-Lauten-Foundation, foundet in 1990 in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, pursuant to its charter promotes education, art and culture. According to the intention of Mr. Josef Lauten it concentrates on the design, the production and the promotion of furniture and furnishing objects.

The target is the sponsorship of the Furniture Technical College in Cologne ("MÖFA") as well as the course of interior design studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Detmold. The donations come in made possible the accomplishment of numerous marketing and design competitions.
